John has over 10 years of rural property experience and is the Managing Director of the Agribusiness Transactions team at CBRE in Australia. In this role, John leads the experienced and diverse team in handling rural property transactions, and is responsible for the oversight of the specialisation on a national platform. Having grown up on the family farm, John has first-hand knowledge and experience within the agricultural sector.

In addition, as a Certified Practising Valuer, John has provided valuation and property advice on some of the largest agricultural landholdings and portfolios across Australia, with work undertaken in all states and territories of Australia. This experience has enabled John to build strong relationships with a wide range of institutional, corporate, government and family farming groups, and provided him with a good understanding of their investment strategies and requirements.
