John has been a familiar face in the local Hervey Bay business community for the last 19 years, both through his work in Real Estate, as well as being part of local community organisations including the Chamber of Commerce and the Fraser Coast Anglican College Board.

John has been in project marketing and commercial real estate for over 16 years and with the Win Projects Group for the past 14, years having had great success in local Commercial, Residential Sales, Project Marketing and Leasing with many multi-million dollar sales.

Currently John specialises in major residential land developments where he is successfully project marketing a number of high profile residential estates including The Springs and Indigo Blue. Other Estates have included Ocean Blue and Kingfisher Gardens which have now completely sold out.

John also has a strong background in commercial property sales and leasing and provides sales and leasing services to a portfolio of national companies. John’s selling experience and ability to close deals is second to none. Born and bred on a dairy farm in Victoria, John has enjoyed the enviable lifestyle of Hervey Bay for the past 20 years. He has an affable, down to earth personality and is a great negotiator.
