Joe heads up the Stone Neutral Bay team with an ethos to empower his staff. With years of management experience under his belt it comes naturally to help hone an individual’s skills. He works on their strengths and gives them the confidence & tools to succeed. They can then, in turn, perform at their maximum level for you. He is cool under pressure and even the toughest situation Joe knows keeping a calm head can mean the difference between a good result or a bad one.

Joe started his career in marketing and accounting which eventually saw him managing high levels of staff in one of Australia’s top 100 Companies. His vision, however, was to have and manage his own Real estate agency using the skills in business and leadership he had accumulated.

Joe brings almost 20 years of Real Estate experience to Stone Neutral Bay, having managed successful agencies in Mosman, Cremorne Gold Coast & Brisbane. He has always fostered a dynamic close-knit team, and this will continue with Stone Neutral Bay. This next step in his real estate vision will be sure to deliver extraordinary experiences and results for all his clients.
