With more than a decade of experience as a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, Jason initially embarked on a career in finance with the Macquarie Bank after completing a Bachelor of Commerce in 1995. This career in investment and commercial banking saw Jason work for some of the industry’s top institutions both in Australia and in the UK and he quickly gained a reputation for his strength in sales and an ability to build exceptional client relationships. Returning to Australia in 2001, Jason was again secured by Macquarie to work with a specialist banking team focused on the real estate industry. After 15 years at Macquarie he became the National Head of Real Estate Services for the Westpac , who rewarded him with the prestigious Alfred Davidson Award for being amongst the top one percent of performers.

With an outstanding domestic and international track record in banking and real estate advice and negotiation Jason and his Team thrive on managing all aspects of his clients' real estate journey. From property strategy planning , through to the successful execution of a structured programme.
