Earlier in his career Jason worked in technical sales with the SKF Group, one of the world’s largest bearing and power transmission manufacturers. This role exposed him to industries including manufacturing, engineering, transport, logistics and construction, giving him strong commercial insight when working with operationally complex businesses.
Jason later completed a degree in psychology and postgraduate qualifications in counselling, spending the next decade working in the allied health and mental health sector, including operating a private practice and leading the guidance department of a large secondary school in New Zealand.
