If you're from around here, chances are you already know the name.
Jarrod is a true local, born and raised in the Parkes region, to a farming family whose roots run deep in the Central West. Growing up on the land gave Jarrod an appreciation for rural life, hard work and community, values that translate naturally into a career in real estate.
A rugby union player through his school years, Jarrod went on to complete his education at Farrer Agricultural College in Tamworth, further cementing his connection to agricultural background and the rural way of life. It's a background that gives him a genuine, first-hand understanding of what farming properties mean to the people who work them, not just as assets, but as legacies.
Before stepping into real estate, Jarrod built a career as a tradesman, spending years working across Parkes' industrial estate. That hands-on experience means he knows the commercial and industrial precinct from the inside out; the businesses, the buildings and the people behind them. A self-confessed appreciator of a good shed, Jarrod understands what operators and investors are looking for when it comes to industrial and commercial property and his extensive network in that sector makes him a natural fit for this important part of our market.
While real estate may be a new chapter for Jarrod professionally, his passion for property is anything but new. He has followed the local and regional property market closely throughout his adult life, with a particular interest in residential and commercial property investing, while keeping a close eye on value's of rural and agricultural holdings. "That knowledge, combined with his extensive local networks and genuine love of the area, makes him an exceptional fit for our Parkes office" says Tracie Robertson, Principal of Ray White's Central West group of offices across Parkes, Forbes, Condobolin and West Wyalong.
"I've always been fascinated by the property market" says Jarrod. "There's something special about helping people buy and sell in a region I care so deeply about."
If you're thinking about buying or selling in the Parkes area, whether it's residential, commercial, industrial, rural or anything in between, Jarrod would love to have a conversation. Stop in and say g'day at the Ray White Parkes office, or give him a call.
