James is Colliers Head of Retail Middle Markets in Australia, and leads a team of state based directors who specialise in transacting Supermarkets, Hardware, Neighbourhood, Sub-Regional and Large Format Retail Centres. Since joining Colliers in 2013 James has leveraged his agency and retail development experience to handle over $6.5 billion in value of shopping centre investment and development site sales. In the last 12 months James and the Retail Middle Markets team work collaboratively to achieve benchmark yields across retail sub sectors to a mix of private and institutional clients.
