A Southern Gold Coast local for over a decade, James Mulholland originally moved from Northern New South Wales for university and never left.

Now raising his family locally, James is deeply rooted in the area both personally and professionally.

Starting out with the Gold Coast Suns, James made the move into real estate after a less-than-impressive home purchase. What began as a career change grew into a dedicated commercial property focus and the establishment of Ray White Commercial - Tugun.

With over 100 commercial sales and leasing deals across the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW, James has built a strong local network. Beyond property negotiations, his grounded nature puts clients at ease and prioritises genuine relationships.

James keeps things simple: work hard, be straight with people, and make the process easy. This straightforward approach builds lasting relationships with clients who know he’s always just a phone call away, long after the deal is done.
