James rejoins Empire Property Partners as Leasing Executive, bringing over 10 years’ experience in commercial and retail leasing across Queensland and New South Wales. His career includes roles with Cushman & Wakefield, Ray White Commercial, and Empire Property Partners.

James has a proven track record of delivering high value strategic leasing outcomes across neighbourhood and sub-regional centres on behalf of our clients including Zagame, ISPT, and Abacus Group. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Development).

James is known for his proactive, results-driven approach, and specialises in tailored leasing strategies, aligning tenancy mix with asset objectives to help drive centre performance for our clients.
