After spending time as a commercial IT specialist, James joined Nichols Crowder in 2013, completing a traineeship in commercial and industrial real estate under the guidance of directors Michael Crowder and Richard Wraith.

James went on to gain his full real estate license in 2015 and in 2024 was promoted to Director of Nichols Crowder Carrum Downs & Mornington.

Having always lived on the Mornington Peninsula, he has a great knowledge of the area, and has built up a large data¬base of clients.

In his spare time, James is a volunteer firefighter for his local fire brigade and is involved with charity organisations. When not spending time at home with his family, James likes to get to the MCG to support his beloved Richmond Football Club.

James’s enthusiastic and professional approach to real estate has seen him become one of Carrum Downs most active sales and leasing agents. Having been nominated and top three finalist, three years running for Victoria’s Top Commercial Leasing & Sales Agent in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
