James is the Head of NSW, Investment Services at Colliers, specialising in commercial property sales across Sydney’s City Fringe and Inner Western Suburbs. With more than nine years dedicated to this market and over 20 years as a local resident, he is recognised for his deep expertise in the region’s commercial real estate fundamentals and buyer behaviour.

James advises on and transacts across a wide range of commercial asset classes, including tenanted investments, strip retail, mixed‑use properties, pubs, office buildings, strata retail and office, apartment blocks, and development sites.
