James Andrews

James Andrews has grown up in the Hallidays Point area and has been a part of many local community groups such as playing for local sporting teams of Hallidays Point Barramundi’s and Barracudas and his involvement in the Surf Club at a young age.

James Andrews specializes in Sales and retail leasing, whilst also having a strong background in residential leasing and has his finger on the pulse within all aspects of the property market.

James is the second generation of The Andrews family to establish himself within Andrews Gardner Real Estate. When James was asked what he wanted to do as a career following High School, he was adamant he wanted to make it in the Real Estate Industry.

So, with that in mind, in 2021 James completed a Batchelor of Business at Charles Sturt University where he studied specialty fields such as Marketing, Economics, Law, Management, HR, Accounting and social media & Digital Marketing. Since then, he has also achieved his real estate specific credentials.

What sets him apart from the rest? James’ down to earth nature, his drive and persistent nature, along with his “can do” attitude allows him to achieve the best possible results for his clients. James prides himself in serving his clients ethically, professionally and always acts with integrity as he guides them through their property journey.

James is always looking for ways to improve himself, with the goal to provide his clients the highest level of service and to establish long lasting relationships with them.

In his free time, James enjoys going to the beach surrounding himself with his friends and family and travelling.
