He has worked within the City Fringe for over seven years and has represented some of Melbourne’s largest institutional clients along with private clients. Jake has also represented office occupiers to help sublease their space and find them new suitable office accommodation.

Jake’s experience includes major City Fringe project leasing campaigns, major refurbishments and existing building campaigns. His determination, problem-solving and communication skills helps him engage with both owners and occupiers to deliver successful results for his clients.
