Churchill Knight Real Estate was established in 1993 by myself the Director, I have over 40 years experience in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management.

I personally oversees the leasing process from beginning to completion, including viewings, verifying tenant suitability and preparation of lease documents. His extensive experience and knowledge is invaluable when it comes to leasing commercial properties.

I am supported by a team of experienced, professional, qualified property managers and administrative assistants who ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Churchill Knight.

In addition, an associate company headed by my self, Capital Managed Investments Limited, holds an ASIC dealers’ licence which is a Responsible Entity for the purposes of managing property trusts.
