Ian Pepper

With over 20 years of experience in finance and real estate, Ian Pepper brings a unique combination of analytical expertise and community-focused service to Pepper Real Estate. His career began in finance, holding senior roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney and London. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Macquarie University, an MBA, and diplomas in Finance Broking, Financial Planning, and Real Estate.

Ian transitioned into real estate in 2006, initially as a finance professional with Ray White Helensburgh, before moving into sales in 2019. His success earned him Premier Member status (top 20% of Ray White agents) and recognition as the 2025 Agent of the Year for Stanwell Park by RateMyAgent, where he was also the top-selling agent in Stanwell Park and Otford in 2024.

Deeply rooted in the local area, Ian has volunteered with school P&Cs, surf clubs, and boardriding associations for over two decades, reflecting his genuine commitment to the community.
