​From working in the UK and the USA to making Mornington Peninsula their home in 1991, Ian and his family can fully appreciate the beautiful relaxed setting and fabulous beach lifestyle this location enjoys, including its wide, open spaces, excellent schools and wonderful sense of community. We simply cannot imagine living anywhere else.

In 1995, Ian commenced working in real estate, then known as Bennetts Real Estate, becoming a Director and Branch Manager within just a few years. Ian was fortunate to have worked in every department of this busy agency including residential sales, commercial sales and rentals, house and land sales and more.

The business has undergone a few brand changes since then but, essentially, it has been the same successful partnership for all this time.

Following the retirement of his long-time business partner, Ian has streamlined his focus on the commercial division of the business which has now been incorporated into his own company, Mornington Peninsula Commercial Real Estate.

Only the name has changed. Ian and his experienced commercial team will continue to grow the business by meeting the needs and expectations of their landlords and tenants, bringing together their wealth of knowledge and network of experts based on Mornington Peninsula.
