Hugh has worked across multiple facets of the commercial property sector, giving him a comprehensive and strategic understanding of market dynamics, asset performance, and investment fundamentals.

He began his career at Colliers as an Executive within the Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team, where he provided high‑level analytical, financial and technical support to more than 60 brokers nationally. During this time, Hugh built a deep analytical capability, supported by a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and contributed to several of Sydney’s most significant and complex transactions across multiple asset classes.

Leveraging this foundation, Hugh has since transitioned into a brokerage role, specialising in strata office and retail across Sydney's CBD and Fringe. His unique combination of analytical strength, transactional exposure and on‑the‑ground brokerage experience allows him to deliver precise advice, strategic insights and value‑driven outcomes for owners and investors.
