Howard joined the Lauder’s team in August of 2022. Having moved to Old Bar in 2017 with his family, he is well known to many people in our community via his involvement with the local Surf Club.

As a customer focused professional, Howard has enjoyed a highly successful background in sales and sales management roles spanning more than 25 years and he has brought a fresh perspective to the Lauders team.

Howard’s involvement in our team has contributed to some fantastic outcomes for our vendors. His winning attitude coupled with his personable manor has led to him building high trust relationships with many of our customers.

Unlike many salespersons who simply “promise the world but deliver an atlas”. Howard believes that business should always be earned and as a professional we need to “deliver what we promise.”
