As one of the founders of Ballard Property, Helena Colnaric has prospered as the Finance Director. Most recently, Helena has also taken on the exciting new challenges and responsibilities of new business development for the company’s growing property management portfolio. With her vast experience, Helena has always had great success in generating business; after working as a corporate accountant she set up her own small-business accountancy firm and rapidly established a large client base by word-of-mouth alone.

Helena thrives on the challenges of being a director of a dynamic real estate business and, with her strong knowledge background, she focuses on the area of the business in which she excels. Living locally with her young family, Helena relates well to her clients and understands the lifestyle advantages the Eastern Suburbs offer to busy parents wanting convenience with access to beaches, shopping, the city and top schools.
