Helen Tracy

What is the recipe for successful achievement? To my mind there are just four essential ingredients: Choose a career you love, give it the best there is in you, seize your opportunities, and be a member of the team.

Helen brings a wealth of sales and listing experience to our team. Completing her real estate agent's representative qualification in 2000, she worked in the industry for a number of years (and completed extensive real estate training). Helen has had many achievements for her sales and listing targets, including being in the top 25 within Australia, in February 2004. Helen then went on to work in another field on a part time basis and had her family.

Helen returned with enthusiasm to join the team at Your Sold Real Estate in 2012. She has great communication skills and has worked with a number of clients from various backgrounds; she has the ability to understand vendors and buyers needs and will do her best to accommodate them. As one vendor wrote,''Helen your disposition was outstanding, always professional and positive, and a great result was achieved''.

Helen is particularly excited that she is working alongside her brother Rod Seach and sister in-law Rachael Seach. Family is very important to her; Helen and her husband have two young daughters. In their spare time they enjoy taking the girls to horse events and spending time on their hobby farm.
