On the 27th January 2025, Heath is personally entering his 30th year in Real Estate in the city. Years of dedication and training have seen Heath consistently sits as Cessnock’s number one agent year after year. In 2019 and 2020 Baird Real Estate was awarded ‘Agency of the Year’ for Cessnock by an independent ratings source.

Heath has created many sales records, most recently breaking the Congewai Valley record that he set last year. His residential and street records are too many to count!

Heath leads a team of 12 individuals and plays a strong role in property management, commercial sales and leasing passing on his extensive knowledge to all involved at the agency.

Apart from success in real estate, Heath has designed and constructed two buildings in 2009 and 2013 which both received Master Buildings and House Industry Association Awards for Design and Construction.
