Following consistent success in residential sales, he was appointed Director in June 2023. The agency was subsequently rebranded as Team One Real Estate in July 2023, where Gurpreet continues to lead the business.

Since September 2024, Gurpreet has focused exclusively on commercial real estate and development opportunities.
