Greer plays a key role in driving sales and leasing activity across South and South West Sydney, working closely with occupiers, investors, and developers to identify opportunities and deliver successful outcomes.

Greer supports the team’s broader institutional client engagement and occupier strategies, combining strong market knowledge with a proactive, client-focused approach.

Prior to this role, Greer was a Senior Analyst in the Cushman & Wakefield Alternatives Capital Markets team, specialising in the living sectors, including student accommodation and build to rent (BTR). In this role, she was responsible for preparing high-quality reports and marketing materials to support sales and capital raising. This experience equipped her with a strong understanding of property markets and investor drivers, which she now applies to her work within the industrial and logistics sector.
