Grant Heymans believes that property is a people business and it’s for this reason that he entered the field of real estate in 2009, working with his partner Bev Heymans at ACTON Cottesloe. Originally qualifying in the field of Organisational Psychology, Grant retrained and achieved a BSc honours degree in Psychology. He believes the attention to the human aspect of real estate is paramount to achieving outstanding results.

Grant holds a current sales licence and completed his diploma of property services (agency management) in 2010. He has been actively involved in sales and property management and was appointed principal at ACTON Dalkeith in 2010. Grant and Bev then purchased the ACTON Dalkeith region to complement their ACTON Cottesloe region and created a western suburbs presence that is currently enjoying strong market leadership.

Grant has focussed on making the property management division one of the most service-oriented businesses in the western suburbs and leads a team of experienced and professional asset managers. He feels privileged to work with one of the best teams in the state and enjoys working on ongoing improvement.

Working in and around the area for many years gives Grant the advantage of intimate local knowledge and a great insight into real estate in the region. He sees ACTON|Belle Property as a unique brand that offers a boutique service to their clients while drawing on an extensive network to make sure investments receive the best possible treatment.
