X Commercial is pleased to welcome Grant Brix as Director of its Inner North Brisbane office, bringing close to a decade of specialist commercial real estate experience across investment sales, development sites and boutique agency leadership.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, from QUT. He built his career at LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane and CPRM Property Group, rising to Associate Director, before founding Quartz Commercial, a Brisbane-based investment sales and advisory business he built around a simple belief: the boutique model can out-execute the majors, not by doing more, but by being deliberate about who you work with and what you specialise in. Under his leadership, Quartz developed a strong reputation specialising in investment sales, development sites and leasing, working with private investors, family offices, developers and owner-occupiers across South-East Queensland.

In his new role leading X Commercial Inner North Brisbane, Grant brings that same specialist, outcomes-first approach to the X Commercial network combining deep transactional experience with a genuine focus on premium presentation and client results. He also hosts Building Brix, a podcast exploring commercial real estate, agency and the people behind the deals.

Grant’s entrepreneurial drive and specialist market knowledge make him a strong addition to X Commercial’s continued growth and leadership across Queensland.
