His transition into real estate came around 16 years ago, introduced to the industry by another agent. Starting in developments and off-plan sales, where he didn’t need to ‘list’ properties, Bushy quickly discovered a natural talent for the craft, selling an impressive 72 off-plan properties in his first year alone. He often jokes, “I wish I’d known I could do this 30 years ago - it’s a lot easier than crutching sheep or throwing drunks out.”

From there, his career flourished. Supported by his extensive business experience and success managing significant investment portfolios, Bushy developed a deep understanding of the property market. His seamless shift into a leading sales role across Canberra and the Yass Valley was marked by rapid recognition of his leadership, genuine care for clients, and unmistakable ability to get results.
