Graeme was raised in the country, having been born and educated at Cleve on the Eyre Peninsula. He pursued further education at Roseworthy Agricultural College, earning a Diploma in Farm Management. This academic foundation was complemented by practical experience on his family farm and three years of farm management in Pinnaroo.

Graeme is married to Leanne, a teacher at St. Joseph’s Primary in Clare. Together, they have four adult children: Talisha, a social worker; Sammy, a speech pathologist; Tyler, who works in electrical logistics; and Bree, an occupational therapist.

Graeme has enjoyed 24 years in the real estate industry, helping clients to reach their real estate goals. He spent a decade with Jack Redden Real Estate before establishing Mid North Real Estate, where he led a successful team. In 2024 Graeme and the team joined Wardle Co Real Estate, helping strengthen the teams presence in the Mid North of South Australia.

Acknowledged for his expertise, Graeme received the Salesperson of the Year – Mid North 2025 and Real Estate Institute of SA's Local Residential Salesperson – Regional award in 2015 and 2016, reflecting his consistent sales performance across residential, rural, commercial, and business sectors. His success is attributed to dedicated support staff and loyal clientele.

Graeme actively contributes to his community through involvement in sports, school, and church activities. He maintains a proactive, client-focused approach, driven by a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes.
