Godfrey and Niluka are a strong force in the Real Estate industry with over 35 years of combined experience Working as a scientist in animal nutrition research earlier in his career, Godfrey started selling properties in 1994 on the Gold Coast.

With over 28 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Godfrey has sold more properties to more people than anyone else on the Gold Coast. He specializes in Project Marketing, Investment Properties and Acreage Sales with a great passion for Real Estate.

Niluka has lived on the Gold Coast for 28 years with a large network of contacts locally, interstate and from overseas. He has experience in development sites, new projects, residential and commercial properties in South East Queensland. Niluka has completed an MBA at Bond University, along with a Master of Marketing at Griffith University.

From 2000 to 2004, Niluka attended IB World School, Somerset College. His expertise in Strategic Marketing will allow you to present your property to the marketing the most effective manner. In the past, Niluka has been commended for his Marketing contributions at Coca-Co/a Amatil by State Marketing and Sponsorship Managers.
