A resident of Hervey Bay for over 40 years, Glen commenced his agency career in 1990 with LJ Hooker Marketing, where he specialized in all areas of new property sales, leasing and development. Glen was also owner of Century 21 Project Marketing QLD from 2000 - 2007, building this agency up from the start. From 2007 Glen focused on development with a wholesale property trust. Glen established Win Projects (which was previously traded as Knight Frank Fraser Coast) in February 2010 to the present day.

Glen’s major strengths are his local knowledge and expertise in the Fraser Coast property marketing together with his negotiating skills. As a resident of Hervey Bay, Glen has a vast knowledge of the industry through his work history which has included the building industry, real estate, development and project management. Over recent years Glen has specialized in commercial sales and leasing and development projects, while also working on larger specialized marketing programs.

Glen is also president of the Fraser Coast Property Industry Association for the last 3 years which is the peak body locally for property developments.

Glen’s knowledge is second to none in the Wide Bay/Fraser Coast regions and he has a proven track record.
