She acts as a key liaison between the Commercial Property Management and Sales & Leasing teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to maximise outcomes.

Gillian is known for her clear communication, decisive asset, and the ability to uncover value in every asset. With a sharp understanding of asset repositioning, value-add initiatives, fit-outs, and strategic lease structuring, she works to optimise performance and enhance sale market return. Her negotiation expertise ensures favourable leasing outcomes that strengthen both immediate income and long-term asset value.
