Georgia was inspired to make her start in real estate as a career that would enable her to put her skills to good use in a dynamic, challenging and resilient industry. She made the move in 2017, when she began with RT Edgar, and she has never looked back.

Georgia spent two years learning the business from the ground up, working in client care, office administration and sales support before becoming a sales consultant in 2019. She is now a fully licensed real estate agent, part of the Point Lonsdale and wider sales team, listing and selling property across the Bellarine Peninsula and beyond.

Having been born and raised in Point Lonsdale, and a third generation local, Georgia understands what attracts buyers to the Bellarine area, and she crafts her sales strategies around this understanding and insight. She also has a keen interest in interior design and architecture and so her approach is always fresh, distinctive and contemporary.

Georgia has a friendly and caring nature. She is empathetic to people’s individual circumstances, but she is also a confident negotiator. Her work ethic is enviable; nothing is too much bother and there is no such thing as an insurmountable obstacle when it comes to ensuring fantastic outcomes for her clients.

As someone who has always lived on the coast, it’s only natural that Georgia can’t be too far from the ocean. Summer is by far her favorite season and so, in her spare time she loves swimming and a day on the beach, being active outdoors, travelling with her partner, and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
