Gary White is our Residential Leasing Consultant, responsible for negotiating the letting of houses and apartments, preparation of leases, vetting of tenants, condition reports and marketing of residential properties for lease.

Originally from the UK, Gary has settled into the bustling lifestyle and diverse community of Melbourne with his family. Being a leasing consultant “is all about building rapport with both landlords and tenants and negotiating the best outcomes for all parties.”

Gary’s extensive experience in customer service around the world has given him the foundation to develop his exceptional client management skills and a professional approach to his work as Residential Leasing Consultant at W. B. Simpson & Son.

In his spare time Gary enjoys outdoor activities such as soccer and skiing, as well as finding fun and exciting activities to do with his wife and son.
