After moving to Healesville as a child in 1974, Gary Lucas can definitely be considered a local. Having grown up and spent his working career in the Yarra Valley, he doesn’t just know the area – he loves it!

As a proud Healesville local with 17 years of real estate experience, Gary has established himself as a leading force in the industry and obtained his full Real Estate Agent’s Licence in 2021.

For the past decade, he has been an integral part of Mark Gunther First National Real Estate, where his dedication and expertise have earned him numerous accolades. Gary has been honored with the prestigious Gold & Silver awards for First National Salesperson of The Year for Victoria and Tasmania six years in a row, from 2018 to 2023. His outstanding performance was also recognized by Rate My Agent, naming him the Agent of the Year for Healesville in 2023.

Gary’s commitment to his community extends beyond his professional achievements. He is a proud supporter of the Healesville Bowling Club, contributing to the local spirit and fostering connections within the area he calls home.

Gary also understands the value of having a supportive family behind him – and is privileged to have the encouragement of his wife, 2 daughters and grandchildren in his Real Estate career. Outside of work, Gary and his family enjoy exploring the great outdoors. They share a passion for caravanning and four-wheel driving, often embarking on adventures across Australia.
