Gary Attrill was born and bred in South West Victoria and has a strong understanding of the local real estate industry through buying and selling several properties over the past decade.

Gary sort a career change after 30 years in the finance industry and for the past 24 months has working in the Real Estate industry experiencing many areas, rentals, holiday accommodation, auctions and sales.

During his career in finance Gary worked in many regions throughout Victoria but predominantly in the South West and most recently as the Regional Manager. This position required a strong emphasis on marketing and a necessity to build strong networks in all towns and cities, this being a strength that has enhanced him ability to connect with sellers and buyers in the real estate industry.

Providing quality marketing on well-established web sites and other medians and with a strong knowledge of the investment property market Gary has the ability to achieve quick and effective sales and has been acknowledged for excellent customer service and sales throughout his career.

Gary is married with three children and is well aware of family and individuals needs and looks forward to helping you find you dream property in Warrnambool & District.

Gary has been strongly involved in volunteerism throughout the district for 20 years and currently sit’s on the Hampden Football Netball League Executive, Member of the Warrnambool Golf Club Board of Management, Committee Member of the Waves Gala Ball raising funds for Peters Project Cancer Centre Project and a member of the Deakin University Medical Student’s Board.
