I’m a licensed Real Estate Agent and Stock & Station Agent, working mainly with premium homes and rural lifestyle properties in Pokolbin, Lovedale, Nulkaba, Cessnock, Ellalong, Paxton, Millfield and the surrounding areas. My approach is pretty straightforward: price it properly, present it well, negotiate hard, and keep you in the loop so you always know where things stand.

With rural and lifestyle properties, guessing isn’t good enough. You need to understand the land value, the improvements and the overall condition. I break that down clearly and use a transparent pricing method and structured campaign that gives buyers confidence and cuts out the games. When you combine momentum, urgency and clean terms, you usually end up with a stronger final result.
