Ezio has extensive experience as a Subdivision and Multi-Unit Development Consultant, and his background is impressive:

• 10 Years as a Branch Manager & Sales Consultant for Southern Districts / Dale Alcock / Acton South West / BGC - Residential, industrial, commercial, leasing, off the plan apartments he has extensive knowledge and hands on experience in strata and development sites

•13 Years as a Director - Strataplex Pty Ltd Bunbury - Multi-unit development and subdivision consultant - residential and commercial

• 22 Years as the Licensee for Uptown Realty – Residential, commercial and off the plan sales.

In addition, he has:

• 15 years project management experience, project managing large residential developments, subdivisions and tilt panel construction throughout the state, which included a major civil project with 5,000m2 of floor area., and Rural and Business.

• 25 years as an Orchardist specialising in the horticulture of stone fruit.

You could say that Ezio is all about cultivating that special relationship.

Skilled in negotiation, he can be relied upon to get the right deal at the right time for exactly the right price. He is tenacious and doesn’t take no for an answer. In fact, his “can do” attitude is one of the reasons why he is so successful.

When he is not in the office, or offsite managing the latest construction project, Ezio loves spending time with family and friends. He has been a member of Collingwood for the last 35 years. Go the Pies! He also enjoys spending time outdoors, telling the odd story about the ones that got away while sitting around the campfire with his mates.
