As a licensed estate agent and Banksia’s officer in effective control, Eric has in-depth knowledge of the property sector and years of proven experience in property management (having managed hundreds of properties), sales, leasing and negotiation. Eric has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Accounting, and a Graduate Diploma in Science (Applied Mathematics) from Melbourne University.

In his leisure time, Eric enjoys tending to each of his forty-five (and counting) houseplants, or visiting plant shops in search of more plants.
