Ellen started working in commercial real estate in 1995, where she was employed with Wimberley Anderson Nash Commercial Leasing and Sales Consultants. Ellen quickly moved up to Commercial Property Manager managing several of Brisbane inner CBD commercial buildings including The Via Elio Moda Building corner Edward & Elizabeth Streets and 155-161 Queen Street Mall, Brisbane CDB. Wimberley Anderson Nash in 1999 merged with Chesterton International. Ellen then worked as a Senior Residential Manager for EL Property Management which primarily housed international students studying in Brisbane. In December 2002, Ellen joined Blacks Real Estate as the Senior Residential Property Manager, managing the department and the 6 full time residential property staff. In 2009 with the assistance of Ellen Blacks Real Estate purchased a large commercial management portfolio, which she then took over the management of as well as commercial leasing and sales. Ellen became a partner at Blacks Real Estate in July 2014 and now looks after all Commercial Sales and leasing whilst overseeing our commercial management department.
