Before joining NAI Harcourts Pinnacle, Edward ran busy pubs and venues, managing multi-million-dollar turnovers and teams of up to 140 staff. That background taught him how to talk to anyone, stay calm under serious pressure and always stay a step ahead, skills that translate directly to commercial property, where every deal has its own personalities, timelines and pressure points.

Edward works across Brisbane's north side, with a particular focus on Banyo, Pinkenba, Eagle Farm, Hendra and Nudgee. He covers shop and retail, office and industrial property, and understands local market conditions, tenant and buyer behaviour, and what drives value in each sector.

His approach is straightforward and hands-on. Edward is involved at every stage, from running campaigns and managing enquiries to preparing for auction and seeing deals through to settlement. He's focused on honest advice, great results and lasting relationships rather than a quick sale.

Outside of work, you'll find him chasing a good coffee, heading up the coast, playing chess, watching sport or catching up with mates over a beer.
