Eddie Foulkes

Eddie is a member of the Investment Services team in Melbourne East and has over 5 years' of investment experience. Prior to joining the Investment Services team in Melbourne East, Eddie spent 6 years with Colliers' National Capital Markets team in London where he has advised on over GBP 500 million of commercial real estate transactions.

Eddie has acted for a variety of clients including institutional funds, property companies, UK councils and private investors. He has also been involved in some of the largest sale and leaseback transactions in the UK for large global corporate occupiers.
