Duncan Brown – Head of Property Management

Following 15 years performing and travelling around the globe, Duncan returned home to Australia in 2019, joining his family in the stunning Greater Geelong region, a place he considers one of the most beautiful and inspiring corners of the world. After years under the bright lights, he was ready to channel his energy and creativity into a new path that drew on his people-focused approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to making a positive impact.

Starting his real estate career soon after, Duncan’s enthusiasm and dedication saw him quickly progress to a Senior Property Manager role, where he successfully oversaw a portfolio of more than 230 properties. Over his five years in the industry, he’s become known for his approachable style, attention to detail, and genuine care for both Rental Providers and Renters.

Now, as Head of Property Management at The Geelong Agency, Duncan brings that same energy and dedication to a more boutique, client-focused environment. He’s passionate about bridging the gap between Rental Providers and Renters through communication, consistency, and understanding, always working to build relationships that are transparent, fair, and grounded in shared purpose.

Outside of work, Duncan enjoys keeping active, spending time with family and friends, exploring the region, or winding down with a good book. He values taking time to reset with good food, good wine, and great company.
