Dione Mauric is Co-Founder and Director of Advantage Business Sales & Valuations, working with Queensland business owners through business sales, appraisals, exit preparation, buyer negotiations and strategic transactions.

With a background spanning accounting, advisory, franchising and business ownership, Dione brings a practical commercial perspective to

the business sale process.

Her focus is understanding the business, the owner's objectives and the likely buyer market before determining how an opportunity should

be positioned.

Dione works closely with sellers throughout the transaction, including preparation for market, buyer communication, confidentiality,

negotiation and managing issues that arise during the sale process.

She has particular interest in helping owners understand the factors buyers consider when assessing a business—including sustainable

earnings, owner dependence, management capability, customer concentration, systems and the transferability of the business after

settlement.

Dione also works with strategic and corporate buyers where a targeted acquisition approach may produce a stronger outcome than relying

solely on general advertising.

Her broader objective is to help business owners make informed decisions about value, succession and eventual exit, whether they

intend to sell immediately or are preparing several years in advance.
