Dean is a property veteran with more than 40 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Initially commencing his career in property management of a diverse range of retail, commercial and industrial properties, he expanded his knowledge and experience in the sector and now specialises in sales of investment properties to private and institutional investors, often selling office and retail investments ranging from $10 – 50 million in value.

Dean regularly advises clients on sale and leaseback campaigns that maximise sale returns and maintain profitability of the ongoing business. Joining the Burgess Rawson team in 2007, Dean is a director and shareholder of Burgess Rawson.
