Dax is a passionate and driven property consultant who has more than 25 years of property experience, having commenced in the industry in 1994 as a residential real estate salesperson. The majority of his career has been spent specialising in residential prestige properties, development sites and projects on the Gold Coast and greater SEQ area, more than 10 years of which at a company Director level. During this time he has developed strong relationships with key private and institutional groups at a local, national and international level.

As part of the team at Coastal Commercial, Dax is focused on delivering outstanding real estate sales results in all manner of property types, specifically involved with prestige residential homes and apartments, subdivision sites and broadacre land, high-medium density unit sales and land estates, townhouse sites and redevelopment sites within the greater Gold Coast and northern NSW’s region.
