David is the Managing Director of the Colliers Partner offices located in Ballarat, Geelong and Bendigo, and has been since 2009. David commenced his real estate career in 1988 as a residential property manager. Then, in 2000 he moved into commercial real estate sales and leasing. In 2005 he was founding Director of Ballarat's only specialist commercial agency, Jens Gaunt Commercial.

The Colliers Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong team consists of sales and leasing agents, commercial asset managers, marketing coordinators, and accounts & administration team members, covering the sale, leasing, and management of commercial and industrial property within all areas of Western Victoria.
