David has a wealth of knowledge across all related disciplines, in particular, Property Sales, Valuations, Project Marketing, Development / Acquisition & Feasibility, Property Law, Commercial / Retail Shop Leases, Business Sales and Residential & Commercial Property Management. He is regularly relied upon for providing advice to Property Developers, Financial Institutions, Valuers, National and International Property Investors, as well as regular commentary across many mediums.

Fully Licensed in both Queensland and New South Wales, David is also a Full Member of the Real Estate Institute of QLD.
