Having grown up in the area David has developed an instinctive approach for the Albury/Wodonga area. Understanding the housing styles market and the communities. David believes in honest, transparent transactions and building lasting relationships with his clients. Loyalty and repeat business being the key to his success.

David's career can be broken into two halves. Firstly, his extensive real estate experience in both the local market and prior to that, honing his trade in the Melbourne’s Inner Eastern suburbs. Secondly, spending the last decade concentrating on the development side of his business. These two areas of experience perfectly position David to help his clients navigate all areas of development process. From initial planning to selling ‘off the plan’ and enabling the project to get out off the ground to then producing all developments with individuality. Having owned and run his own development company, David has dealt personally with all aspects of a development including, architects, local councils, engineers, builders, quantity surveyors… He has lived and breathed it!

David enjoys many interests including golf, pickleball, snow skiing, travelling and spending time with his young family.
