Having previously held long-standing roles at Tier 1 commercial property agencies, including spearheading the Asia Markets initiatives at his previous firms. David’s extensive network of Asian clients throughout his real estate career has seen him transact on major deals within the Melbourne CBD market to offshore clients, especially elusive private families across Asia.

He is trilingual (English, Mandarin, Bahasa) having spent his childhood and teen years in Malaysia & China, providing him with a deeper understanding of culture when dealing with offshore Asian clients. David’s knowledge and experience across all sectors in the Melbourne CBD and city fringe provides his clients with a comprehensive understanding in making key decisions, assisting them in growing their portfolios, and maintaining healthy assets.
