David Cousins embarked on his career in the real estate industry in 1987. Remarkably, he sold his first property just two hours into his new role, setting the tone for his future success. Throughout his career, David has established himself as a strong performer, consistently delivering positive and exceptional results for his clients.

Over the years, David has both owned and operated his own real estate agencies. He has also served as Manager for the Elders Real Estate Corporate office in Ulverstone, demonstrating his leadership skills and commitment to the industry.

As David transitions towards retirement, he and his partner Andrea O’Neill made the decision to downsize their franchise office of Elders Real Estate Ulverstone. They sold the Property Management division in 2026 and entered into an agreement with Andrea Dyson & Judy Gale, who took over the Sales Division marking the evolution of the business into Coastal Property Sales Tasmania.

David continues to serve as Principal Licensee for Coastal Property Sales Tasmania and remains active in the local real estate market.
