About David Canning

David has been with Page and Pearce since the beginning. After a career in the Defence force for 12 years he left as a Sergeant and joined the family business for 5 years.

David is married to a local Townsville girl and after many postings within Australia both he and his family decided to move back to Townsville to make it their permanent home.

After 10 years in Real Estate Sales with Page and Pearce he was given the opportunity in 2011 for the position of Sales Manager, by Principal Todd Pearce.

David leads and trains the Sales Team daily with matters such as legislation, negotiating and of course customer service, which is the key ingredient that has helped Page and Pearce stand out from their competitors.

David was rewarded for his efforts by being awarded Sales Manager of the Year in 2013 and 2018 at the Australasian Real Estate awards.
